Free Workshop: q & a for tonight's workshop

Tonight’s free workshop, called “The 3 Most Critical And Costly Marketing Mistakes Internet Marketers, Entrepreneurs, and Information Marketers Make: Which One Of Them Are You Making Right Now?” starts at 8 pm Eastern.  This will be a content-packed call, and here’s some Q & A about the call:

*  Craig, what’s the overall theme of this event?

Basically, there are a few very specific, very practical strategies most people overlook in their marketing, that have a dramatic impact on your results.  I’ve been in this business almost 11 years now, and after working with close to 300 different clients in nearly 60 different industries, I’ve seen quite a lot.

I’ll be sharing these strategies with you on this call, and I’ll also show you how to implement them so you can start using them tomorrow morning, or if you’re ambitious — you can even start working on them tonight, after the call.

*  Will you be offering any copywriting tips on the call?

Yes, of course.  I’ll also show you how to take a conventional ad, that isn’t going to give you the response you want (conventional ads give you conventional response rates), and turn it into a compelling piece of marketing that your target audience responds to it.  (“Target audience” being the key words here.)

*  How long is the call?

I will be wrapped up by 9:15 pm Eastern standard time.  So you’ll miss the first few minutes of Gray’s Anatomy, but it’ll be worth it.  And besides, you can TIVO Grays, there won’t be any replay of my workshop.

*  Who is the call for?

Bluntly, it’s not for most people.  See, most people are in the information gathering business, not the information application business.  And since you don’t get paid for information gathering — only for information application — reality is, unfortunately only a few people will actually benefit from the call.  (Meaning, you need to apply information to benefit from it.)

So I’ll say this: if you are one of the 10-20% of the people who are registered for this call, that will actually USE the information, than you’ll benefit quite a bit.  It will be a VERY worthwhile investment of your time.

However, if you’re in the 80% who will just ‘collect’ this information and add it to your pile, then you should probably fire up a cigar from 8 to 9 pm, instead.  Have a Whisky and a cigar, then watch Gray’s Anatomy, right from the start.  No need to waste your time gathering up any MORE information you’re not going to use, right?

*  Are you going to make us a great offer on one of your products at the end of the call?

Me?
