A brief announcement: prepare yourself for tomorrow's maelstrom.

I have a webinar to prepare for today, so I don’t have time to put together a daily missive.

But… tomorrow I’m going to talk about something I haven’t mentioned here before. It’s something that’s looming in everybody’s mind.

I was asked the other day why I haven’t talked about the recession, by someone in my Mavericks group, and I nearly exploded when he asked me. (If you want information on my Mavericks group it’s here: http://www.kingofcopy.com/mavericks )

But probably not for the reason you’re thinking, and not for the reason all the “guru’s” out there have tried to condition you into thinking.

Anyway, I will make one and only one comment on this tomorrow, so be on the lookout.

If you’re looking for some politically correct conventional answer, you’ll be disappointed… and if you’re looking for a cuddle and a reassurance that “everything’s going to be OK dear”… then you’ll be disappointed as well.

The sheer denial about what’s been going on economically, by people trying to position themselves as “above” the economy, is simply ludicrous. Positioning yourself above the powers of the economy is like trying to position yourself beyond the powers of gravity.

Good luck with that, right?

Anyway, I’ll deal with this tomorrow when I deliver a maelstrom of a message. Now I have to finish preparing for this webinar.
