Watch this video: sometimes good guys do finish first

For about 6 months or so, I’ve had a guy in my Mastermind Group named D.C. Fawcett.

He’s a young guy, maybe 30 or so, and when he first came on board, he was just in the process of starting his own publishing company.

The nice thing about this guy is that he doesn’t pretend to be the sharpest guy in town and he doesn’t walk around like he knows more about marketing or about business or about making money in real estate (his core competency), than anyone else. He’s very grounded and focused.

But what he is confident and strong about is his ability to persist and to come up with creative ways of doing HUGE real estate deals that no one else can touch.

So for instance, about 5 months ago, at the October 2008 Mastermind meeting, he’d just done a fairly successful launch of his business, but… it was apparent that within a short time-frame, things in Disneyland weren’t all roses and starshine.

The marketplace he originally targeted imploded, and there were a few other components of his business that were about to explode, through no fault of his own.

So we sat down and talked about what to do, but this kid did something different than most people. He actually worked on the things I suggested to him, and he made them even better.

In fact, since then, he’s been pulling down well in excess of 6 figures per month, which is double what I’m making — and I’ve seen his checks personally on more than one occasion.

Anyway, I’ve had the privilege of being able to review his real estate program and I can look you or anyone else straight in the eye, and say with 100% sincerity… that if I personally was looking for either a way to pick up extra income in real estate, or to get started in real estate, I would use his system before anyone else’s. And you can check your files but you’ve never heard me say that one before — ever.

And here’s why: The amount of actual work you have to do using DC’s system, especially compared to the amount of cash you make… is virtually zero. He’s developed a way of leveraging technology so you are literally just a broker of information, and you use his team of highly trained pro’s (he worked in this industry for 6 years himself) to do all the actual legwork for you.
