Latte Yourself To The Bank

Dear Friend,

What typically happens inside your local Starbucks or other cafe-type shoppe you go to regularly, like maybe the Smoothie store or something like that?

If you deal with the same person every day, most likely, they'll tell you what you're going to order BEFORE you order it, right?

When you walk up to the counter, maybe they'll say something like, "Double Cappucino Grande Latte?"

Now let's face it, you don't need to be a rocket-scientist to figure out why this happens, do you?

Paeople have habits and routines and they rarely break out of them.

And inside this little tid-bit of human behavior, lies one of the biggest missed opportunities in your business.

See, 99 out of 100 entrepreneurs are so focused on getting "fresh meat" -- you know, finding new customers -- they're completely ignoring all the "next morning cups of coffee" they can be serving up instead.

Because not only is it EASIER to sell something to someone who's already bought from you (they've already overcome the toughtest obstacle, and that is "trusting you), but they're also MUCH more likely to WANT to buy from you again, just the same way you're much more likely to want that same java latte goop you get first thing in the morning, the second day you buy it.

While familiarity may breed comtempt in some relationships, in business, familiarity breeds success.
