Today we'll take a look at the final paragraph of our contest display ad.

This final paragraph says,
"For pre-recorded information
which will explain more about how you can dramatically alter
your real estate career, call 1-800-314-3718 and enter
ID#7004."
This isn't "bad" per se, but as far as "closes" goes, it's pretty weak.
You want your call to action to be as strong as your opening line.
You want to end on an "up" note that's spilling over with energy, so your prospect will pick up on that energy and do whatever it is you're asking them to -- and do it right away.
You want a powerful close, like this:
"To get your copy of a FREE Report describing "The
Real Estate Buyers And Sellers Instant And Automatic
Attraction System" in detail, grab your telephone
right now and call The Realtors Hotline and listen to this
24-hour toll-FREE recorded message, at 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext.
XXXX. Call right now, while this is fresh on your mind,
and before anything else comes up! There is no charge for
this service and no one will be on the telephone to hassle
you either.
P.S. There are only 53 of these FREE Reports available, so if you really want to put an additional $100,000 dollars of commissions into your pockets, call 1-XXX-XXX-XXXX ext. XXXX, and get the facts -- right NOW!"
