The ONLY Way To Compete With Hooters
Dear Friend,
Let's face it: taking business away from a chain of restaurants that's built it's reputation solely on the size of it's waitresses "hooters", isn't such an easy thing to do.
It's like trying to tell someone to drive something else besides a car -- not exactly easy.
If you're not familiar with Hooters, it's a chain of restaurants that started in Clearwater, Florida in 1983, and now has almost 500 locations around the world. The waitresses wear VERY skimpy clothes, nearly see-through EXTREMELY tight white ribbed tank-tops, and oh yeah, they sell chicken wings, beer and finger foods.
A new restaurant with two locations, has recently "popped up" called "Mugs 'N Jugs." If any place is going to give Hooters a run for their money, I'd say Mugs 'N Jugs can do it.
Let's look at why: They directly went after the BIGGEST BENEFIT (no pun intended) the competition is giving, and actually "topped" it (again, no pun intended), by being even more outrageous.
Listen, if you're going to compete with someone, you don't want to be "different", if you already know what their the big appeal is. If you know what people want... and if you know WHY they're buying, you just want to use better marketing to make these benefits either "bigger" or more accessible.
And "no", I don't eat at Hooters OR at Mugs 'N Jugs. All that stuff seems to be working pretty well at home for me.
In this month's issue of Seductive Selling™, which is being mailed out early next week, of the many stories covered, I also give you a few specific examples of how to handle yourself in a situation where people are either trying to get you to work, or sell your services, for free, or for a discount. And you can test-drive a trial subscription to Seductive Selling for FREE, if you hurry, here: http://www.kingofcopy.com/ssnl - if you miss out, this month's issue will NOT be available again.
Now go sell something,
