over 7,300 people watched yesterday's video on Commercial Real Estate!

Hard to believe but in just the last 24 hours, over 7,300 people have watched the first lesson in Commercial Real Estate, that I let you know about yesterday.

Even though I am NOT a real estate guru by any stretch of the imagination, when I watched it myself, here are the most important points I took away:

1. The strategies for doing these deals aren’t complicated and you don’t have to deal with Wall Street Bankers, just because the money involved is larger than in residential real estate, for example.  In actuality, these are “regular people.”

2.  They don’t require any cash or credit.  This was the biggest eye-opener for me.  See, unlike residential real estate, where the bank qualifies the borrower — in Commercial deals, the property itself qualifies.  So if your cash-flow from the property itself can support the bank loan, then you’re in.  If it can’t, then the property obviously can’t qualify.  But… why on earth someone want buy a Commercial property that can’t support itself in the first place, right?

3.  What has happened to residential real estate is like a flea on an elephant’s back, as opposed to what’s going to happen to Commercial properties in the next 18 months.  What this means, is that NOW is the time to get involved in this, AHEAD of the curve.
