  • I have this competitor that used to send his weekly tips e-mail out on Monday. Now he’s doing it on Wednesday, after I send mine out on Tuesday, to see what I send out and post to my blog. I find it annoying that he does this, and has nothing original to bring to the table! What do you do with *@$#^! like this!

  • Can you talk about some ways to set up a customer referral system, and what are the best ways to get your customers to refer people? Can you share some examples of effective customer referral programs you have seen?

  • I know you base your lead generation on ROI (return on investment) but how do you know when it's time to stop following up with a prospect? Is there a specific point?

  • How do I handle it when people ask me for samples? Do I need to restructure my offer?

  • I have another teleseminar next week, but due to the state of the economy, should I be pitching my $347 coaching program and my $97 a month newsletter program? I have only pitched the $347 coaching program in the past before. I want to sell it, but I don’t want to confuse people about what I’m trying to do. Your suggestions?

  • All my products are continuity based. I don’t have any cheapo stuff for a one-time sale to at least get people into my funnel as a buyer, at say $9.97 or $47 dollars. What’s an idea on some cheap stuff to throw out there with a high perceived value?

  • I created a free report called “10 Steps To Selling Higher Than Your Competition.” How would you approach people about using their e-mail list to just give this out as a benefit to their audience? They would have to sign up for it at my website in order to get their hands on it, though.

  • Let me ask you this: If someone asked you a question through Facebook or Twitter regarding business or marketing advice, would you answer it? And if not, what would you say?
