Just 3 things:

It’s Friday, the weather’s turned beautiful again here in Tampa, so nothing too heavy for us to go over. All I have is these 3 things:

1. First, I’ve posted up some new Offbeat Ads, which you can check out here

2. If you’re a baby boomer, there’s an interesting article on boomers, you should check out in the NY Times, and it’s right here.

3. And lastly, just a reminder. If you own a company, now’s a good time of the year to get your corporate minutes done for the prior year.

I’m not a lawyer nor do I play one on TV, so don’t take this as legal advice. But minutes are sometimes used to help support your existence as a corporation.

And of course, having a corporation prevents someone from “piercing” your corporate veil.

Anyway, if you tend to forget to do your corporate minutes, just a reminder to get this handled. And if you have no clue what I’m talking about, just Google it.

Have a great weekend,

And I increase your net profits and cash-flow, by increasing your customer, client, or patient value -- often, dramatically. How do I do this? By developing, and helping you implement, unique, personalized lead generation and marketing strategies... using compelling sales messages that push your customers emotional buy-buttons. I'm a stable, reliable, happily married family guy with three kids who loves life and always follows through on my commitments and promises. I love to listen to music, workout, read, travel with my family, take pictures, and go bass fishing. I always say "Yes," when it comes to good cigars, good books, and good coffee :-)
