It’s NOT about some secret technique for closing deals that someone spent a year climbing up a mountainside over in Tibet, just to discover... and it’s NOT about some sort of lead generating system that spits out a list with hundreds of sellers on it -- all of them who are simply sitting around waiting for YOU to buy their house at a HUGE discount. (And each house, of course, has hundreds of thousands of dollars in equity just sitting there waiting for you to pocket -- because every seller is either desperate, or a complete idiot, of course.)

Ready? O.K., let's say it out loud together, slowly: "Your ability to make as much money as you want as a real estate investor... is DIRECTLY related to your ability to effectively market yourself and your business, period!"
That's great. Now we're on the same page here.
You see, the problem with all these seminars, courses, and workshops, is that they’re showing you how to do things that can’t possibly make sense to you, because you haven’t yet learned the basic fundamentals of marketing your real estate investor business. They’re showing you how to perform open-heart surgery, when you haven’t even learned how to draw blood yet!
So what winds up happening is, because you are trying to use concepts you can’t possibly implement... and because you’ve never been exposed to basic real estate investor marketing strategies, you ultimately wind up getting frustrated. Simple, my name is Cris Chico and I’ve been to ALL the seminars. I’ve got an entire closet FILLED with every single "make money in real estate" program ever created, and I’ve made ALL the mistakes. For example, when I first started investing in real estate, it seemed like I couldn’t find a buyer even if I was GIVING my properties away! But today, my life is COMPLETELY different. I live in a beautiful $500,000 house here in Hollywood, Florida with my wife Roz and our beautiful little newborn daughter, Alexandra. I drive an $80,000 BMW, I actively invest in multiple markets across the United States, and in the last 2 years alone, I’ve made $1.4 Million Dollars in profits, simply by flipping houses.
Today, I no longer struggle over cash flow, and I no longer have to be concerned about how much a meal costs when I look at a menu, and I feel terrific about the lifestyle I can now provide for my wife and daughter. And most important I’m THRILLED those sleepless nights worrying about money are now long behind me.
After years of working 14 to 16 hour days, 6 and 7 days a week, this year my family and I will be vacationing across the United States and the Caribbean, with no worries or financial concerns, and no big giant pile of “catching up” to do, once I get back.

If you don’t know who Craig is, he’s an author, copywriter and direct-response marketing consultant who publishes a monthly offline newsletter called Seductive Selling, which is a business and marketing newsletter for entrepreneurs that is currently read in 12 countries, and in its third year of circulation.
He also runs a highly-trafficked blog and website, called kingofcopy.com.
